Hey man I've been playing for a while and could never pick the puck up lacrosse style before. I can do pretty much everything on the ice(pick corners, sick shootout moves, even juggling till someone tells me to stop) but I could never do this. Thanks for showing it in slow mo. What was once frustrating is no so simple. I never mess up now. Thanks

i dont even know how to pick up the puck.When i see u guys do it u only put ur stick down flat and flip and then the puck is on ur stick.When i try it the stick moves puck still there lol

when u do it on ice its easier and u do like a drag and flick the puck up..

(left handed) u have the puck on the heel just head and beside u, bend the stick drag the puck to the side and when it's just before ur back foot u flick the wrists up and the puck should be around the middle mark of the blade, then its on ur blade...it takes practice a dry stick and quickness to do..it took me a couple trys ... hope that helped
