Thanks for not trying to emulate Clapton note-for-note. This is a legendary track, and everyone tries to play the solos exactly like the record. It's great to her a player put his own spin on the solo while keeping the Clapton vibe going. Good Job.
It was nice to read the previous comments about people judging while not posting anything themselves! I just got a critique on a video i did that actually states above it that its not note for note! So i go check out the guys channel and he has one video that is nothing special at all. I asked if he was ever going to get in the ring or continue to comment from the sidelines! Im sure he will have a response! Like your vid's by the way, i play a Strat so it's always nice to hear a Gibson.
You know I hate you stupid fucks on here that critisize some dude or anybody for that matter...and the kicker is...you idiot fucks dont have any vids of your own. You talk the talk but dont walk it. Youre all the real wannabee's and posers, not good hearted dudes like this guy.
I couldn't have said it better myself!! These morons who think they are some kinda talent critic is laughable. Kind of reminds me of the drunk guy at every gig that is always yelling "Play Lynyrd Skynyrd"!! after each and every song no matter what kind of music style you are playing. Why can't people see how much of a dipshit and a pain in the ass they are to other people??
You know what's funny about that? When I was doing gigs in England I NEVER heard a request for anything...they just dug the music and enjoyed it. It was amazing to play for crowds that still hear music as ART and not a pastime to get drunk to...
I have played a grand total of one venue, and someone asked me to play freebird about halfway through while I was in the middle of a very soft interlude while my singer got a bottle of water. I stopped playing, went over to the bouncer and had him remove that idiot from the crowd. if you want to request a song, fine, but do it when the band asks for requests, and dont ask for free bird. I dont have enough time in my life to play it more than once.

I watched your vid of 'since I've been loving you' and was impressed but this is just not good mate...Tuning makes all the difference...or maybe that's a thing of the past...You got a nice 'tone',don't take it for granted....
Vibrato don't mean shit without the depth behind it...
Very nice, I like the fact that I can bearly hear the original track, because this way it allows me to follow what the guitar is suppose to be playing without the distraction of the other instruments.
Alright!!! awesome cover.

Stbastard1992 3 years ago
You obviously don't know the tune, go back to stroking your Squier and posing in front of a mirror.

Dunno why youve got thumbs up, this guy is playing both lead and rythm, idiot.

Her Ninja turtle, get the "Wheels of Fire" CD and clean the wax out of your ears.

Well, I guess it's a good thing he's not a jukebox. It's HIS take on the song, not a direct cover.
