I think the best part is the clear dvd case. Allowed me to see other dvds this company sells. Fetish, the joys of catholocism, trucker toys, and other obscure and mismatched titles. Too funny!
OMG I just got this from the library. It is HORRIBLE! The production quality is awful, but that wouldn't t be so bad if the editor wouldn't add on bouncing camera moves when the instructor says 'bounce'. Or cutting to split screen leaving out everyone's feet so you can't see whats going on. The content is laughable too. The instructor may be great in class, but the added on 'hip hop' accent, (dare I say faked black accent?) is terribly annoying. Esp when she accidentally speaks normally.
