  • FAMILY VALUES & THAT KIND OF CRAP??? Well you're right!! Just because we, THEY make it "CRAP"".

  • I thought Mark Foley was a Republican.

  • Uh, where was this guy and all the other Democrats when William Jefferson lost?

  • Mahoney was a Republican until 2006 and became a Democrat only because he knew Foley's replacement would be a Democrat. So Mahoney is really a Republican in Dem clothing who has not also got caught in the Republican sexcapades.

  • Spelling correction: So Mahoney is really a Republican in Dem clothing who has NOW also got caught in the Republican sexcapades.

  • When we mention Dems loosing their seats, one I'd like to see loose her seat is Nancy Pelosi to Cindy Sheehan!!

  • The law stirs up the sin nature in us.( means rules and regulations)

  • haha american poltics is so fucked up xD

  • shows your a dumbass. This was about ONE fuckin democratic hypocrite. Im not gonna even bother starting with the repugs.

  • Hey asshole, being corrupt hurts BOTH parties. In this aspect, he tarnished the Democratic Party.

  • Who the fuck is arguing otherwise asswipe. If you could comprehend english properly you'd realize that my point was democratic corruption, is NOWHERE near as big as republican corruption. Read motherfucker. Read.

  • YOU said it first asshole.

  • no, him and his republicans have been caught numerous times in pedophilia cases

  • @zzzxxyy

Keep tellng yourself that, you assholes pretty much did everything you could to destroy the country and the world.

  • Too bad I'm neither left or right, so I destroyed nothing. So destroyed yourself with a stupid assumption.

  • Did you ever vote?

  • Yes, in 2000 for Nader, and my absentee ballot for Obama. He's my last hope, and the lesser of two evils.

  • so you didnt vote in 2004 then? what im thinking is its not that your neither left or right, its that you dont fucking vote

do whats right, reserve the republic

  • These guys always cheat on their wives, good grief. Get the playa out of your system BEFORE you get married.

  • it's not even that in many cases. quite often, their wives are back in the home state for 1 reason or another. or maybe it's just their inflated egos. hell, MLK had a bunch of hoes. eisenhower had affairs. kennedy had affairs. jefferson was big time philanderer who liked his meat dark. clinton had a child with a black woman. sometimes it's the distance. sometimes it's the "convenience". power corrupts men sometimes.

  • William Jefferson is another one. I don't care what party they are, we just don't need people like that in congress making decisions for the rest of us.

  • I'd still vote for him

  • Where are the conservative trolls who say Cenk is ALWAYS for Dems now? Of course they're silent.

  • But the question is whether Mahoney brought home the bacon to Florida. He should have, since he obviously got plenty porked in DC.

  • what happened to cocksucker Joe Lieberman, a biggest hypocrite in the country

  • crawship2 what the hell r u talking about? im sure u dnt know. no genocide was done in 1915 or after or before!

  • crawship2 what the hell r u talking about? im sure u dnt know. no genocide was done in 1915 or after or before!

those stupid armenians in usa and everywhere around the world are just talking rubbish mate. they still dont recognise the turkish territories. and why? they say half of turkey belongs to them... hmmm... the kurds say the same thing. wonder why? this stupid things are put in front of turkey to stop turkey from developing and give a bad image of turkey... know the facts grow up!

  • Bye bye jack@ss.

  • A jerk is a jerk no matter what the party. I say the voters you send this asshole packing.

  • Or maybe it was the Illuminati (secret society) who were responsible for the Armenian genocide AS well as the Jewish Holocaust

  • American heritage dictionary ? I've heard of websters...so anyways a young turk is an insurgent member? one who rebels against authority? really?s this a slang term?

  • Maybe there is something in the water in that district.

  • I killed jesus, fuck god and all relegion. fuck poalin and fuck mccain, their all a bunch of mother fuckiing greedy hypocritical assholes.

  • I am a supporter of Obama/Biden..but dude...do you have to be SO DISRESPECTFUL?!!! Why would you say something like that? I will pray for you and ask God to forgive you. Even if you don't agrre with/RELIGION (u misspelled it)... you don't have to disrespect other's beliefs. Grow up!

  • sorry jones, I was only talking to the republican bible humpers, not the democratic ones. please dont pray for me:)

  • "you don't have to disrespect other's beliefs. Grow up!"

So you are disrespecting his belief that religion deserves no respect. Man if only the religious didn't think they were superior to non-believers and deserve special treatment, it would be easier.

  • First of all... I wasn't talking to you. Secondly, u are missing the point. Why am I surprised? I mean...I don't go around and call u "stupid or dumb" for NOT believing. I respect your view and move on. In other words...if I don't agree...I respect your decision while, RESPECTFULLY keeping mine to myself. I don't have to shunn u...because u do or DONT. That was my point. I give u the Same treatment, I rightfully want. RESPECT!

  • Hey, is this Aretha Franklin?

  • agreed - beliefs shouldn't be respected if their only merit is that they're a belief. If their only merit is that they're a belief - it should be ridiculed.

  • I hate to say this, but if you want to have MORE trustworthy people in politics, elect women (republican or democrat). They don't screw up nearly as often.

    What a disappointment.

  • Bad example. Look at Sarah Palin. Would you call her trustworthy?

  • If you could call Palin a good representative of this trustworthiness of women politician you would have to be deluded or lying. She was found guilty of ethical violations(interestingly she even flat-out lied and said she was found innocent) and has actively worked at blurring the line of seperation of church and state, the most important foundational principle of this country. It's a disgrace to this country that she was ever even a mayor, let alone what it would mean for her to be VP.

  • All I'm saying is anyone can be corrupted. Whether they are white, black, women, male, republican, democrat. Just because your a certain gender does not mean your going to have integrity.

  • If what I said was taken as me not agreeing, it wasn't meant that way. I agree completely, as a matter of fact I was writing a response to the person who said women would do better as politicians when I saw yours. The fact is the only reason there are a bunch of corrupt men popping up because there are a bunch more men than there are women. I highly doubt there would be a statistically significant difference between male and female politician corruption rates if they were equal in number.

  • While your point that there men are in congress, hence there more men implicated in corruption is a reasonable claim, women make up 16% of congress, therefore there is a statistical probability that they would be better represented in political corruption. The point of fact is that they are not.

You could make a more generalized extrapolation of political corruption based on overall criminal convictions. Of all U.S. WOMEN only 0.1% are in prison. While 13% of all U.S. MEN are in prison.

  • My comment said "MOST", which evokes a comparison of men and women politicians. It does not completely eliminate them from the possibility of corruption.

And while I'm not fan of Palin, the fact speak for themselves, women have proven themselves to be LESS prone to corruption.

  • This isn't even an "EXAMPLE", it's a generalization... get it straight.

My comment said "MOST", which evokes a general comparison of men and women politicians. It does not completely eliminate them from the possibility of corruption. And it's certainly NOT an "EXAMPLE".

And while I'm not fan of Palin, the fact speak for themselves, women have either proven themselves to be LESS prone to corruption, or better at concealing it.

  • There are severely corrupt and destructive female politicians like Diane Feinstein out there. I have a feeling the american political system filters out the good people early...

  • Just because you have a low opinion of Senator Feinstein doesn't make her a corrupt politician.

Also, my comment said "MOST", which evokes a comparison of men and women politicians. It does not completely eliminate them from possibility of corruption.

  • 0lord0kinbote0 - You need to support your claim. Site Feinsteins convictions for corruptions, (which you will not be able to do because there are no convictions). Such opinions do not support your argument, they only represent your view.

Also, who are these other "severely corrupt" female politicians? Name people that have been found guilty of corruption. Do your research.

Without supporting evidence you come off as a whiner who lacks credibility.

  • lol

The ppl in this district can't catch a break with a solid representative. That's funny because isn't it a "conservative" area of Florida? HAHA!

  • He had faith in his meat pole.

  • I'm going to hazard a guess at 95% of our Republican reps and 75% of the Democrats cheat on their spouses. Makes me wonder what percentage would be out of a job if the DC Madam hadn't been murdered.

  • Mark Foley? Isn't he a Republican? Isn't he not running in 2008?

  • Ted Haggard is the biggest hypocrite in history. He is also in the running for the biggest douche in the universe award.

  • i fucking love the young turks

  • why are thy called the young turks? weren't these young turks responsible for the mass armenian genocide in 1915?

  • I don't care who a politician boffs so long as the boffee is not an employee or underage.

"Family values" can mean supporting families whether single parents, gay/lesbian families or polyamorous parents. I would have to know that politician's policies to ascertain that.

Why is it moral to bomb children while boffing one's opposite sex spouse but immoral to kill people?

    I don't get it...

  • There's nothing wrong with that. There however is something extremely wrong with it when you hold yourself up to a higher standard while you're at the same time doing something that directly conflicts with that higher standard.

Ted Haggard is a great example of this. He was front and center fighting against gay rights, all the while attending gay bars and having sex with men.

So if you want to hold yourself to a higher standard then go for it. But you deserve to be ripped if you go against it.

  • Yeah but its gotten now to the point in America where if ANYBODY talks about family values or raising the standards that person is automatically looked on with suspicion. I blame this partially on failed political leadership in America. Also on a lot of morally bankrupt people in America who comes to accept amorality and crookness in US politics these days. Its a real sad future from America when political standards are so lowered in America.

  • Well, it's hypocrisy that largely does that. Take a look at this election. Don't you remember how Clinton was heavily criticized by Republicans for cheating on Hillary, and how it showed that he lacked morals and family values? Yet their current nominee is a guy that cheated on his disabled wife. That's why people roll their eyes about this stuff. There's no consistency among many of the people who like to raise the point of having a higher standards for themselves.

  • There is a HUGE difference between holding yourself to a higher standard and legislating everyone else to a higher standard you don't actually hold yourself to.

  • Yeah we need to get him out of there to make sure the public knows we Democrats take ethics seriously...unlike a certain vice presidential candidate whose name rhymes with failin'.

  • Only SOME liberals think she should be Senator. ALSO, the legislative body is VERY different. Appointments without experience happen ALL the time. Learning the ropes in Congress is much easier than learning by yourself, ESPECIALLY when you don't even know what it is the job you're applying for does, like Mrs. Palin displayed so brashly. The Palin Fiasco and this situation are VERY different. Read up on the two if you don't believe me.

  • Yep just like Michael Brown as the head of FEMA and I believe that was a replublican nomination.

  • I don't think anyone thought Caroline Kennedy was qualified.

  • He did take responsibilty, he admitted to the affairs, after he got caught.

  • see? TYT isnt totally 100 precent liberal or democratic.

  • he likes sex. give him a break
