And what race experience do you have to comment on this? This is by no means any of there first race and if you knew any thing about any of these athletes with a pb's over 10k from 33:15mins and finishes in the top 30 at Nationals.

Im sorry, where did u finish? How is this a naive start with fiishing positions of 7th, 12th and 13th show they clealy destroyed themselves starting to quickly.

If you finished below 13th place then please be quite and crawl back into your little shell key board worrier!
