iz3d works with DX9 the best. GTA SA works fine with iz3D for me. It's actually of all the games I've played my favorite because I've got a mod that makes the Hydra into a Harrier and the Shammal into an F15. I also have a mod that lets you shoot guns so you can have more realistic dog fights. Jet fighting is the best for the 3D because of the clouds and depth perception is better that way, IZ3D also works with any old game system emulator that has a DX9 plugin for it. PS1/2, N64, Gamecube, etc.
