I Gabriel this camera for 2 years now and love it. I will be getting the Canon 7-D soon. And for those of you that want a video option... A camera is for taking pictures, if you want a camera for pics and videos then don't waste your time in getting a good camera like this just use your stupid cel phone.

Thank You Tammy. I also have the same camera with the same lens.. Good lens actually. Another good lens to get is a Tamron 17-55mm for wide angle shots. Also the Tamron 28mm-85 is good as well..
oh really .thank u.i really want the 100mm mcro lens by canon but its a bit pricey maybe next year donno yet.well enjoy ur camera and let me know what kind of photography r u interested in.i like macro/portrait/landscape
Hi Tammy, I mostly like landscape photography. And Macro second. I also use the Panasonic tz5 which is nice clear lens and high pixels.. A good carry around camera.
Night shots require using a tripod. Then adjust the shutter speed using the TV setting on the dial and slow down the speed. depending on the darkness try 3 seconds first and adjust accordingly.. practice you don't need lessons. :-)
