hello im back message me how to walk aerial front walkover because i had already master onehand front walk over and front walk over hehehe i really need to complete this 3 stunts hehehe
is a side aerial almost the same as a front aerial... which one is harder.... if i can do an aerial, what do i do differently in a front aerial.. uhhh haaahahahaha
hello friend good day i am alex from philippines i really like your aerial front walk over can i ask an advice how to do it cause i know how to do a one hand front walk over so im planning to do an aerial front walk over how to do it can you reply my msg thru video please t.y
@rileystorey I've never fallen, if anything you will fall on your butt hah. I've never seen anyone fall on their face. As long you remember to jump up and not OUT, you will be fine.
@MsGymnast1000 You just have to do it. I can tell you the first time you SUCCESSFULLY land one :D, it will feel weird. But your body will get used to it!
i have to get that tonight :P my teacher is going to spot me, i can do the two and one handed and almost the no hand but my teacher says a need to arch more to get it but i am having complications :P any advise?? because i have to do it for a competition this friday o.o
I have a front walk over and a one handed, I just started ariel front walkovers but I cant land them. Mine looks more like a bad front flip. :/ Any tips?
Very good job w/ the front ariels and tutorial! You forgot to mention that they need to either spot something on the ground and keep their eyes on it, or simply look at the "wall" directly behind them and focus on that until they finish the skill. I usually do my hurdles with straight legs for ariel skills and spot the wall behind me, but at the end of the day, it's preference. The real test is if the performer can do the front ariel from a stand, as if they were a gymnast on a balance beam!
@RobDiVo Very true. I never had a spotter, I taught myself but that is very useful for any one I may teach in the future. Thank you!!! Knowing this earlier probably would have made me get it sooner :D lol
@AGrayson It's okay, I'm self-taught as well. What you can do, though, is watch gymnastics videos a lot...just watch their technique and implement those techniques in to your style of performance. I watch gymnastics every day and you will always learn something new! Keep up the good work.
i can do the skill but its doesnt look as nice as urs im tall and sometimes i land and it hurt my tail bone also i can never swing my arms around like u do any suggestions....btw very nice
beautiful
