I've been in Budapest for a few weeks and absolutely loved the place, but people were trying to rip me off all the time, it was about 8 years ago so I haven't had GPS yet and I was not sure what's the exact way to my hotel so I pulled over and asked some highway technician what's the way, and they jump into their car and I started to follow them and after all they wanted cash from me, I gave them around 25 euro or so. Also the shop-assistants were trying to scam me all the time everywhere. Blah.
