  • I am SOOOO glad I had the chance to see these guys this summer 2010; It's a shame it's more of a farewell tour then anything. I didn't know how f-ing awesome they are till I seen them; see them if you can!!!

  • Justin Beiber, Justin Tiberlake, Lady GaGa, etc. Whatever happened to talent like FNM being at the forefront of pop music. I refuse to believe it's because I'm getting older (same age as Mike P) and crankier. Fuck that. Great art in music can be described in the same way as porn: I can't describe it but I know it when I see it. And FNM made great musical art

  • @permasun69 What's the name of the Architect you got that quote about porn from...I can't quite remember...

  • @headingleyrocks: In answer to your question, SCOTUS Justic Potter Stewart. Source quote from Wikipedia: "Stewart may be best known for a quotation, or a fragment thereof, from his opinion in the obscenity case of Jacobellis v. Ohio (1964). Stewart wrote in his short concurrence that "hard-core pornography" was hard to define, but that "I know it when I see it." BTW, He was appointed by a Republican President. Hope this answers you question

  • @permasun69

yes, it certainly does...and in a timely manner I might add...not sure why I thought it was an architect connected with this quote though...Thanks!

  • this band is just fucking amazing

  • Mike Patton is GAWD.

  • I sing this to a girl...and i love her so much...and my lyrics for her are like this...I know that i just love,Your sordid darkness,You lady in distress,You only want some sex...Mike Patton is a genius

  • i was at this! bonkers

  • best song ever!!! FAITH NO MORE WILL LIVE ON FOREVERRR!!! xD

    love ya guys :D <333

  • totally agree

  • lol he probably is drunk off his ass :P

  • No Jim?

    No Roddy?

    No Chuck?

    No More!

Peeping Tom, Fantomas, Mr Bungle ...... Yeah.

  • Come on, you cant say you'd rather see the lineup with Chuck than with Patton!? You're crazy! Although i agree Jim being gone is the biggest problem, I'm still gonna see them!

  • rrrooooocks;)!!!!!

  • Faith No More headlining Roskilde Festival (denmark) 2009 - I've got a ticket. What an indescirbable feeling, surrealistic almost.

  • Mr Bungle can not be compared with any other bands RETARD !

  • Try Dog Fashion Disco. ;)

  • Dog Fahsion Disco took almost all of their influence from bungle.

So i really dont think its fair to compare them. Plus, Bungle is ten trillion times more musically versatile. And just better. Lol.

  • I like both.

  • Oh, no yea, i shouldve specified, so do i. I like dog fashion disco. I was just making the point that bungle is better.

Cuz, i mean, bungle is better than like 97% of bands, in my opinion O.o

  • I can't wait to see this live. FNM reunion = amazing news.

  • It´s it !!!

  • What is it? ;)

  • FNM is the best ever, love a'll you fans!

  • One of the things I really dig about FNM is that they became so much stronger as a band and as musicians with each release.

Mike Patton has set a bar for all rock singers, in my opinion. I would LOVE to give him 5 minutes with all American Idol winners to be like, "Fuck you. This how its done."

  • Mike Bordin is a legend

  • Hell yes!

  • What is the tool with black color that Hudson has in the hand?

  • EBow

imho it sounds better with the ebow than the album version

  • Comment removed

  • Thank You!!!

  • kickass

  • Mike Patton is just fucking fantastic.

  • their drummer is fuckin nuts.

    ha

  • Mike Bordin

  • sweet, yeah he's the same drummer for ozzy too

  • they need to get the original lineup back together

  • these guys need to reunite!!!!

  • @heavymetalgary They reunited now...in 2010...and they are the best...they have always been the best...i love Midlife Crisis is the best rock song ever...so euphoric...i love Faith no More...this is the happiest rock band in the Universe

  • ill give my balls to see again this band

  • haha i second that!

  • I would do that to...Im trying to be like everyone else but yeah this band rocks

  • Faith No More provided the soundtrack to my mispent youth.

Influentual doesn't sum it up. It's a pity how it all ended but everything has to end sometime.

Can anyone think of a band now that has the same "feel" to it?

  • No I can't, and I doubt there ever will be again :-(

  • nope :(

but hell i just keep using faith no more :D

  • linkin park and korn both plagiarise fnm but even then they suck at it. losers

  • linkin park sucks ass

  • korn rips mr bungle way more than they do fnm

  • i dont know that much of Mr Bungle so i cant judge, but they ripped patton and trey spruance. its true that they based their sound on the bungle chord.

  • this is a great song!

  • Yo this band is so influential its crazy.

  • fuckin rockz!

  • faith no more..........the best group of my life.........

  • That drummer is so cool.

  • yeah mike bordin hes one of the best drummers in the world

  • yh, he is (still meybe) playing for Ozzy which I was really shocked about after first seeing the new single!

  • m looking for the phoenix festival midlife crisis concert, WTF it was been deleted

  • it's at rock am ring

  • Haha, nah - the poster next to the stage says 'Bizarre festival'

  • And the vid is called "Midlife Crisis (Bizarrefest '97)". Wyldeman's smart.

  • 2:40 hahaha cool.

  • DAMN!!! I'VE BEEN WAITING FOR THIS =D this video out of the whole concert was the best the song sounded awsome and man...the light show on the stage...gosh thats tight man!! wow nice job =]

  • this is in germany, not australia

    great song

  • You're so right, don't know why they wrote Oz on the tape! thanks for the correction!

  • @shadow02331 Is Australia i saw the australian flag...

  • is that the drummer for ozzy with the dreads?

  • Yeah thats puffy borden.

I wish that when they did Midlife Crisis live, they included the "Its a midlife crisis...its a midlife crisis." part. But they never do!

  • I second that. I've seen two live performances on the net & the do not which I too find a bit sad. But hey it's a cool song. Radio X.

  • i dont like the fact they miss out the whole double vocal bit at the end, i've only seen it happen in this one and one at mtv, ut it's missing from all the others :(

  • The double vocal bit was done well when they played this song on Jay Leno. I taped it but have since lost the tape. :((( I was hoping it would be here but lamentably it is not.

  • Yes, Mike "Puffy" Bordin has had a stint as Ozzy's drummer.
