Could buy a new above ground mansion that is built atop a own cold war era missile silo. Completely finished with 2nd connecting silo of 13 levels. Capable of living underground in emergency; complete off grid generator system/water etc.
You also get a 2000+ft aircraft runway and guest house/hangar. All new above ground construction.
Or for the same amount buy this pathetic brick prison cell wedged between two buildings.... ridiculous waste of money.
