@UKTuTS Ummm, just about anyone who skis on a regular basis. In fact most lifts dont close for high winds until after gusts over 45mph, and those are the older ones. A high speed detachable quad can safely operate with a consistent 40mph wind. However direction can also play a factor on when a lift may close due to winds.
