I tried one today. I went to the shop to look at the Canondale Synapes. It was no contest! This was on a hole other level. The Synapes is good if you're just out for fun or on charity rides but if you do it because you love it and train everyday hard this is the bike to have! They said it was $9,999.95 for the Supersix Hi-Mod Team, the frame and forks we're $3199 but theres a trade in to. I have a CAAD5 R700 and with that they said it would be $2399. A $10,000 bike for $2399lol! What can I say!!

I'm looking at the Synapse 3 carbon, great looking bike and really light! $2000, so it's not cheap, but not as much as the Super Six.

It is a crying shame that Dorel Industries has purchased Cannondale. Most likely, we will begin to see the name "Cannondale" on the Chinese bikes you find at the big box stores. I've had my SuperSix for about two months now, and I love it! My 06 Trek 5.2 madone feels like a tank compared to my Six. I've climbed on and around the Blue Ridge Parkway and this bike climbs like a Goat. I've got the SRAM Red Group and I'm the envy of my bike club. Get one!!

You actually can trade in your frame if you are the original owner. You only get a few hundred off the price usually but you can buy the sweet frames by themselves.
