This song was conceived when someone challenged them to write a song using (3) outdated words: (1) Contrecoup (2) Limerent (3) Craniosophic (they all show up in spellcheck)
When i was a pizza driver we had this guy who folded pizza boxes for us. He had this big indentation in his skull, and he was blind, but his eyes were ok. He told me that he that he crashed his Mustang, and after that his girlfriend said that she couldn't marry him.
Very few bands would write a song about concussions. Only TMBG would write a song about contrecoup concussions ... and make it sound so morbidly cheery. And probably only you would rearrange and cover it. I'm particularly fond of the "wah" solo.
Lol! I love the 'wah wah' stuff you're doing, but it seems to be fine for me-- I know what you're singing, AND You don't give up on the backing piano, which notes were still in the song at that point too :3

@toddness I wouldn't say 'contrecoup' was an outdated word... I saw a medical documentary discussing it shortly after the album came out.
