That is just wrong!!! Using an old oil or what you called recycled oil is just cancerous! Forget about the flavour cos even if your using fresh oil you will still get the right flavour but using an old or used oil is just wrong!!

ang teknik kc dyan dre nilalaga yan sabay2 ngeon pg katapos ilaga nag mamantika yan nilalagay sa ref ung mantika pra mag hihiwalay ung tubig chaka mantika ganun ang teknik!! may friedchicken ka na may libreng mantika k pa!!

sa mga naka try na ng recipe nato...pwedeng malaman kung naabsorb (sa meat)ba sa loob yung salt?baka kase yung skin lang ang may timpla ng salt?salamat.
