  • That is just wrong!!! Using an old oil or what you called recycled oil is just cancerous! Forget about the flavour cos even if your using fresh oil you will still get the right flavour but using an old or used oil is just wrong!!

  • @agitfdeucjak forst clean the chicken, 2nd FOR THE BOILING AGENT (combine), salt, ground pepper, crushed garlic for flavor enhancer, water and lard, TAKE NOTE: ung boiling agent mo dapat strong taste meaning maalat pero hindi naman sobrang alat, para sakto ang alat ng manok, air dry then deep fly, as in dapat lubog sa mantika ang manok mo. enjoy

  • PUT APPROX. 750ML COOKING OIL IN A PAN AND BOIL. I WOULD ADD 100 ML BUTTER TO ENHANCE THE FLAVOR. THEN DEEP FRY THE CHICKEN....YOU'RE GONNA LOVE THIS RECIPE.....

  • THIS IS PRETTY SIMPLE..WE'LL BOIL HALF A HALF A LITER OF WATER IN A STEAM KETTLE. WHEN WATER STARTS TO BOIL...ADD BAY LEAVES AND PARSLEY. PLACE THE PROFORATED PAN IN STEAM THE CHICKEN...APPROXIMATELY 45 MINUTES DEPENDING ON THE SIZE OF THAT CHICKEN...TAKE THE CHICKEN OUT AND RUB SOME SALT AND PEPPER WHILE ITS HOT. ITS BETTER THAT WAY TO LET THE CHICKEN ABSORBEB THE SALT AND PEPPER. AND LET IT STAND TO COOL DOWN...OR REFRIGERATE IT TO MAKE IT FASTER COOLING TIME. WHILE ITS COOLING.

LOL! :-) tnx again!
