Cops have been known to seize film and video cameras. They have been known to harass and intimidate people videoing them. This should STOP. There was an incident where a 110 pound drunk woman, in a police booking room, had the video camera on her turned off, and when it was off, one of the cops beat her to a pulp. The cops tried to evade, said she "hurt herself". I wish cops were all good, but there are more than a few bad ones out there. Bullies SEEK employment as cops.

There are at least two different versions of the events. As for "public intoxication", if a man is in his OWN YARD and OWN HOME, then he is NOT in public. One thing cops should do is have video running everytime they confront a member of the public. Also, if members of the public videotape anything, they should have a sacred 1st Amendment Right to do so, without harrassment or limitation. This will help establish FACTS and TRUTH, instead of BS and doubletalk by police bullies.

Yeah but, people are "used" to that term. Nobody ever thought that Cops are just, scared. Scared of the people they have to deal with, scared of the people they have to "protect", if there wasn't any corruption at all, then cops wouldn't be so scared. I say If you're harassed by a Cop, to call Internal Affairs on that ass. There's a reason Cops do shit sloppily, it's because they're scared.
