Thanks! I've been trying to figure this out. I appreciate your doing this slowly. I realize my main mistake has been strumming closer to the sound hole than the neck, so no wonder I can't make that "chunk" sound--it appears that my fingers need to go over the side, like you do. Great! Very helpful!

But the chords to bed are

c, g, a, f

chunking pattern goes like this

d,x,u,d,u - d,x,u,d,u

after the first down u need to pause a little.

i still dont understand ! Lol Maybe Its Just Me But I Find Myself Punching My Ukulele At Times - Do I Strum First? I Mean Isnt It Just Slaping Your Strings Without Actually Struming? Making The Wood Make The Sound? .. I Dont Know

Hey, basically when you strtum down with your pointer, as soon as it hits the strings the inner palm is muting the strings as you go down. it takes abit of time to get used to but let me know how you go and we can work something out ok?? keep strumming!!
