How many days in a row could you use tape? Won't it bother the skin after a while? Also what type tape is that again? Is there anyway a person could do this by them self. I'm suffering and it hurts all the time now. Also my Achilles tendon is very sore and has a hump on it about an inch or a little more up above the very top of the back of my heal. I been to 2 doctors and aside from spending thousands for un insured proceedures and also ways that are not 100% effective . Please write to me
there are many techniques that use regular athletic tape but athletic tap would not lend itself to this technique. This technique has become popular with those who use kinesio tape. Stick with the Elastikon as it is much less expensive than kinesio tape but alas only available in one color.
Does this technique lend itself to long distance runners very well? Other techniques I've seen and try seem to create a lot of stress on the skin where the tape ends (along the top ridgeline, just below the ankle). Also, your model has her foot relaxed. Any comments on taping flexed versus relaxed feet.
