Its not worth blaming India, Pakistan must do enough to win India's confidence to fulfil wishes of its minorities. Is India not doing for muslims. Poor muslims in India are sent to Madina/Mecca every year at government's expense by lottery system. Can pakistan ever do that to Hindus. We hear muslim names in India as Presidents of country, in every field they have presence and recognition but we never hear names of Hindus or other minorities in Pakistan except muslim names like Khans etc.
