One of the reasons TV entraps us as it does, is because the human body seeks convenience and repetition. We don't need cars, computers, or basically 90% of the tech we use.. But we use it because it is quick, easy, and convenient. Why do you think they call the shows we watch "Programming?" Humans can be programmed (Conditioned) just like a dog can.. The animal shelters fee includes a microchip that has the animals health record on it and can find it if it gets lost... Imagine if the police force uses that? If you're with your dog your location is found.

I read about futuristic houses that use the microchip and fingerprints to unlock the doors, the negative part of that is it keeps files of fingerprints, and I'm sure law enforcement can get a printout of any persons entering your house.
