There was a huge following for Tech Update. Me and all my colleagues would watch it as soon as it was released...

I miss Albert too. Bauer and Albert each had their "thing". Albert was the techy guy who knew every little detail, and Bauer was the comic relief.

My school also has a laptop program. We all get macbooks, and they can remotely access our machines using apple remote desktop. I'm pretty sure the camera light has to come on for it to work, but if someone could clarify that would be great. Its not that bad, I just make sure to do all shady activities on the windows bootcamp partition or just another computer. the people who can look at what we do are pretty chill, so i don't mind it

I personally can't stand the "tablet trend". Oh, but you can write a - wait, touch screen typing sucks. Oh, but you can play - wait, touch screen gaming is extremely lame. But you can interact directly with the - wait, touch screen sensativity weakens over time, so you'll end up punching at that touch screen after a period of six months or so. Also, the iPad is just an expensive iPod. As for Chrome OS, don't fall for this scam. Corporate wants to own everything and rent it to you via "cloud."

DO NOT get a ARCHOS! they are soooo shitty. $500 for something that sucks balls than you have to pay 20-60 for every little video format. Get this you need to pay for flash.
