It's quite obvious that this movie is designed to give MoveOn credibility and to help it maintain their support. And of course, to help keep the money rolling in to fund themselves. Most people I speak with have taken a step back from MoveOn and a recent critical article with some good analysis is making the rounds. I have done some videos for local groups in the past but as I discovered what an authoritarian structure they have I stopped. The movie must be an attempt at staying relevant.

Denmark's taxes are closer to 80%. You're just thinking income taxes. The sales tax is around 12-14%. They have a 60+% unemployment ratio. 1.5 is recorded as unemployed, about 30% get government transfers for doing nothing, and another 32% are employed by the government. That means that only 35% of their citizens are actually productive and support the other 2/3rds. They only get to use 20% of their paycheck to live...
When you have a country that relies on lego sales to the US, of course they're going to be happy. But what happens when their foreign markets fail? All the sudden the 35% of the people remaining aren't going to have revenue to support the other 65%.
I don't want to be blissfully ignorant, being paid by the government to do their bidding. I'd rather know the truth and attend to it, and know real contentment.

It's quite obvious that this movie is designed to give MoveOn credibility and to help it maintain their support. And of course, to help keep the money rolling in to fund themselves. Most people I speak with have taken a step back from MoveOn and a recent critical article with some good analysis is making the rounds. I have done some videos for local groups in the past but as I discovered what an authoritarian structure they have I stopped. The movie must be an attempt at staying relevant.

It's true. Lots of Wikipedia accounts are set up by political action committees (PACs) to push their points of view onto people. It's far worse on YouTube where they don't even try to stop that kind of thing.
The smoking gun is how all the spammers use all of the best right-wing talking points, and how they slam the system all at once. These are planned campaigns. The script is distributed primarily by fax.

Don't have strong position on the HC issue, but I want to be a programmer, when I finish studies. Maybe start a small company and do what I love for living. But if the Czech Social Democracy Group wins, they are gonna put so high taxes on the midle class, that I probable wont have chance. Also the government should not be regulating the economy ... as the EU like to do so much ... If you want to be succesful in EU, it's not about skill, but about how much you beg for funds of tax payers money!

All you knuckle-draggers that think taxes on the middle class is a bad thing... You need to look at what a working-class tax effect looks like. Consistently, when our taxes go up, our wages do too. Any Econ chart depicting those two things will tell you that.
That is why Denmark's middle class pays over 50% in taxes, but the minimum wage is take-home about $18/hr.
Cons have not said that because they're all under the Wealthy Person's tax effect. They conned us all...

Denmark's taxes are closer to 80%. You're just thinking income taxes. The sales tax is around 12-14%. They have a 60+% unemployment ratio. 1.5 is recorded as unemployed, about 30% get government transfers for doing nothing, and another 32% are employed by the government. That means that only 35% of their citizens are actually productive and support the other 2/3rds. They only get to use 20% of their paycheck to live...

When you have a country that relies on lego sales to the US, of course they're going to be happy. But what happens when their foreign markets fail? All the sudden the 35% of the people remaining aren't going to have revenue to support the other 65%.
I don't want to be blissfully ignorant, being paid by the government to do their bidding. I'd rather know the truth and attend to it, and know real contentment.

I think you misunderstand. I agree whole heartedly with you. These United States have been turned into a particularly self destructive brand of corporate fascism. However, our difference in solutions is the difference between restoring the power to defend yourself from the corporations, and giving the corporations even more power with the hopes that they will protect you from themselves.

You know exactly the right words to say to avoid the reality of the situation. You have 65% of the country being supported by 80% of the wages of the remaining 35% that probably gets most of their money from exports. How is that hard to follow? The only reason communism/socialism can succeed is by leeching off of more productive economies. That's why Europe was hit twice as hard when the bubble burst last fall.
How am I blissful? I'm a very blessed person, but I'd hardly call myself blissful.

I think regardless of whether you agree or not with what they do and how they do it. You have to acknowledge the rapid rise of MoveOn and their impact in the political landscape.
They changed how to influence and move elected officials and wer born out of a peace movement that is growing and that now is actually challenging Obama on Afghanistan. I read recently that MoveOn was to oppose Obama on Afghanistan war along with other groups.
