  • Amen ! That man whom life you changed is gonna help others lives ! Praise God !

  • For those who are in Christ saying music has no affect on them and how it's okay to listen to music like Jeezy, I wonder what else they say "okay" to in their lives.

  • 2 words......................Gospel Rap

  • i can tell u that i used to listen to the beat and melody..never the lyrics which i hardly understood anyways but..it all goes into ur unconscious! u cant listen to that music for any reason because its sure to corrupt u..

  • check out DRE DA FLAME EVERYBODY! ALL GLORY TO GOD!!!

  • @13lewismartin Thats Real Talk Fam!

  • When people start breaking down this "music", it wakes everyone up! Even I'm deleting a lot of the vids I have on my page. I barely even listen to any music these days, if any. I do listen to LeCrae, but it stops there for now. I just don't trust Hip-Hop & R&B much nowadays. And if you think Ol' Skool is cool, Google The Dramatics album covers. Listen to The System, Prince, Marvin Gaye. That has lyrics in it that God doesn't approve of. I don't rap because my heart ain't in it. Praise be to GOD!

  • all of you need to stop being hypocrites because all of yall knew what you were listning to..i go to church too and i listen to music like that (well only the ones that sound good) and i pritty sure im not going to hell JUST by listning to music. to tell you the truth thats a realy illogical reason to go to hell

  • great!! love what you do

  • loading up on my FB page right now!

  • @Cookie4XO Hey can you add me on FB

  • definately showing this at youth night mosst definately...

  • wooooooooooooooooooo! love the ending... that's awesome : ).

  • Great job reaching out to the youth

  • To God be the glory! I'm glad these young people were set free, especially while they're young. They realize what the Lord hates and the ultimate sacrifice that He made for us!

  • Tis is wassup fam. THese secular artists are glorifyin the world and all the world system:porn, sex, drugs, murder, greed, etc. and even the ones that don't seem that bad are not talking about Godly or heavenly things. they are leading ppl to hell and they need to be stopped ese!!!

  • Jeezy lets you know in every song he ain't saved...don't listen to it!! I still listen to Juiceman, Gucci Mane, and etc. My pastor told us "don't listen to nobody when they say they a dope pusher, DON'T LISTEN TO IT!!" I'm only accepting prayer from those who are true in Christ!! Don't pray for me if you ain't 100!!

  • @NenskiTrill What?

  • is some of tupac cool to listen to? im not sayin all but some of his music. Let me know .... peace and love to all of you.

  • @ROCKSTAR1ERIE

i'd say no. you never know what spirits are being carreid through the music

  • well my brotha let me just ask u: how much of Christ do u want? and how much of the world do u want to allow to infuence you? thats all u gotta think about when it comes to entertainment

  • no not if your a jesus freak

  • yo this video is the best for people who listen to that crap of lil wayne and others

  • Wow, the amazing things God does when we are obedient

  • Praise God!

  • PRAISE GOD FOR BRIAN!!! WOO!! All of Heaven rejoiced!!

  • praise God

  • Great video! I'm a christian man myself &I try my best to stop listening to music that glorifys violence. I listen to all music And there are plenty of good artist out there who speaks positive things but u don't hear them much as you hear these artist out here today(90% Negative20%positive rappers). All music ain't bad but you do have to pay close attention to what the lyrics say. If ain't talkin about God, Politics, or love, don't bother with it. God Bless

  • If it's talking about anything BUT God don't bother with it. In all things we're supposed to glorify God.

  • @Donald32108 How is it 90% negative and Positive 20%?

  • I cant beleive I am seeing this!!! a generations eyes are opening, and they are rising up for what they beleive in,PRAISE GOD!!!

  • THAT WAS NICE...BRIAN SELLIN OUT FOR Christ ....so encouragin

  • It is impossible to listen to worldly music , the words from it or the beat(style) and really be able to say God is pleased. You can't mix part of the world into music with a few "Jesus, Lord, and Holly" it still doesn't mean God is pleased. Its means that your luke warm. Hot or Cold people of God

  • i agree with the lukewarm.. i def feel you on that... but how do you feel about winning things back?

  • The Bible, or gospel, was written to be understood for people of it's time period. Most of the metaphores related cultural facts. If God is truly working through people today, they (style) would have to change in order for the gospel to be interpreted by the unsaved.

  • wow... that was a real wake up call

  • Woa... this snapped my heart inhalf! I'll never forget u Jesus....

  • Lecrae, Trip Lee, Flame, Json, Canton Jones, Street Pastor, Dwayne Tryumf etc are all great christian rappers everyone should listen to them their messages are the truth.

  • AMEN, i listened to this stuff and i just listened to the song, but if this is what those artists r promoting i dont want to hear it at all. Does any 1 know other chrisitian artists who rap, i need more of there music to listen to.

  • lecrae, da truth there really good artist

  • the whole 116 clique, the street pastor, lil dre, kamBino, wink sanatra, young chozen,

  • Hey homie I'm a christian and I was wondering could you give me names of Christian rap artists I need some music talking about Jesus Christ and god.

  • Da Truth, Tripp Lee, Lecrae, J.R., Tedashi..

  • @feeltheforce18 da truth, ezekiel, lecrae

  • Oh my! my heart cries out with joy when i see and hear young kids exalting God because only he deserves the Glory and Honour!!!Amen

  • trip lee and 116 clique go hard man

  • just cuz i listen to a jeezy track, don't mean i'm supporting him, dont even mean i like him, don't mean i wanna talk, act, walk or be anything like him. I can still apreciate music for what it is, and all rap is nowdays is rymes, which aint meant to b taken seriously, rapped over a beat, so i can still listen to a rap song and apreciate the sound and the beat, wit out going to hell, and i think hip hop itself, should not b the main focus, but in how hip hop music is promoted and advertised,

  • itz funny cause i use to thinkk the same thing but if u was bumpN jeezys cd n da car nd jesus was sitten next to u r u telln me u wouldnt be ashamed? i use to say that all da time but then i looked back and i was actin different da more i listened to it da more lust nd cussin nd all that came into my life. u cant serve satan nd Jesus at the same time

  • i aqree

  • @Izediddy hmmm are you sure if no none listened to mj's music no one would have bought his cd and he would not be popular ..... so if one like an artist they generally like to listen to them.. and u may not it or not but music can slip into u sub consciously .. and defile you with out even you knowing it..

  • i do agree that those kids and teenagers may b influenced by these rappers because.. well because they are still young, which is why rap, hip hop has never been suitable for teenagers, which is why every album cover has a big ass warning sticker on da cover, cuz the content aint suitble for kids that age, so tell me why they are listening to it?? " but uhh uhmm i didn't kno that wut young jeezy waz rappin bout waz wrong??.. of course u did.

  • EXACTLY !

  • I guess my point is if u old enough to listen to rap, den u should be responsible enough to listen and not b influenced by the lyrics. The problem is not in hip hop music itself, but in the way it is advitised all over the tv, and promoted all in the stores, billboards, magazines, fashion, so if u listen to young jeezy, and you let his lyrics influence you, and you let it impact on your way of life, and let it conflict with your beliefs den yes, you are going to hell..

  • music is the ONLY thing that can enter your mind and influence you without your consent. This is why sometimes you find yourself singing songs you don't even like. This is also why if you listen to a song enough times that it can start to come out in your behavior in different ways. The devil knows that you are not just gonna up and bow down to him, so he gets you to sing the lyrics which is a form of worship. It starts with only one Jeezy track.

  • @KDUB2424 u get 2 thumbs up bro ;-)

  • @KDUB2424 Can I please post this on my facebook status!!! PLEASE!!!! I couldnt have said it betta!!!

  • YAAAAY HE GOT SAVED!! BLESS GOD!!!

  • yo this is good stuff i need to stop comprimising 2 holiness iz what the Lord iz saying

  • Praise God for what you are doing in people's lives by showing them the truth. I pray many are touched by what you are doing. Thank you and God bless!

  • good stuff, Lecrae one of the best rappers.. all christian hip hop is amazing... everyone should listen to it, the lyrics are untouchable

  • harsh truth.

  • Well, I think this is an effective way to minister to the young people...much more effective than negative reinforcement.

  • Praise God! P4CM, Pastor Flo, and Brian are doing great work. Keep it up.

To those who love hip-hop, there are plenty of great Christ-centered rappers out there, you don't have to listen to the garbage seen on mtv/bet.

People, share these videos with everyone you know!!

  • what a wonderful bunch of kids! amazing!!

  • I love this ministry!

  • i like this follow up video. because i myself do sometimes listen to secular music. but like most people what gets me is the beat. but after watching this i know that God is not pleased with the secular lyrics. and after seeing brian repent and become a youth pastor i was inspired. i hope p4cm can get footage of brian preaching to a youth audience or do a special on him to see how he has improved.

  • Wow, Love it. I will most Def try to show this clip to the Youth in my Church. Wow. I love me sooooooome Jesus with allllllll my heart

  • I think God's good enough to make dope beats thru people like 116 and cross movement, that i think are alot of times BETTER than secular beats aka non christian beats (that a non christian has rapped on prior). Now, using secular beats may draw in unbelievers, BUT also, i believe it just makes them think of the original song you know, when i hear a jayz beat i think of jayz, not whos rappin on it. God bless (a 20 year old male)

  • this video almost made me cry thank God I was delivered from that and I pray so will the people who are luke warm christians. GReat video I will show this to my brother

  • great video!

  • Why are so many people focusing on the fact that "rap cant be used to be the Gospel" Read Romans 1 and realize that EVERYTHING was made to worship God.. and most things are made in the opposite way and worship Satan.. Praise God for the fact that these youths can take something that was made to worship God in the first place back from the hands of Satan.. AMEN! I know the Angels are rejoicing..

  • ANY music can be used to deliver the Gospel as long as it sticks to the word of God and glorifies Him and not us.

  • It is a sad thing that someone could watch this video and miss the fact that people repented and came to know Christ because of G. Craige Lewis' def. of hip hop, we need to look at the heart of the video, if someone defines hip hop as a only a genre of music (with words over instrumentals like country, classical etc..) how can we limit the work of Christ to a particular genre, we need to abandon our legalism and narrow definitions, cuz you could end up condemning some innocent people..Matt 12

  • Really good!! For years I would tell young christians that non-Christian music is not good for them! even though some of the music they dont swear... all that is not eternal is eternally useless!! I told them many times... but they never would believe me! Ive done presentation and still wouldnt believe me! But now That I seen this i'm sure most will second thoughts about it!!

  • like paul washer said we as christian individuals used to be worldy but god saved us have taken and transformed us just as he as done with worldy music so my friend it can be done god can take worldy music like he takes worldy people and change them transform them so this gospel rap has been transformed and is glorifying to god.

  • "I came here thinking that I would hear hip-hop. I came here thinking that I would hear rappers. I heard preaching. I heard preaching -and I heard a respect for the truth and a desire to communicate it... ...Yesterday and today, I saw the same thing happen to a music form that has happened to my life: God has taken it, cleaned it off, made it new, and filled it with life."- A sample of what Paul washer said in the video on reformed rappers if you guys know who paul washer is.

  • For all those criticizing chrisitan rap..you have to remember, even Paul used the popular language of his day to spread the word...you have to speak to the current generation in their own language....the Holy spirit allowed them to speak in many languages so that many can understand..God understands that there are different ways to communicate HIS message..as LONG AS CHRIST IS PREACHED.

  • Exactly! "When I go to the Jews, I become as a Jews, when I go to the greeks, I become as a greek" Apostle Paul said that, to a degree.

So we as Christian, if we want to reach the Urban culture, we must become as an urban person, and this includes Christian Hip Hop.

  • god gave these christian artists talents and they are using it to glorify jesus christ u cannot knock them for that these artists lil wayne and jeezy are rapping about subjects that god absolutley hates man get it straight u guys dont get it at all christian rap is not secular listen to paul washer a famous preacher he talks about the difference b/w thes secular hip hop artists and these christian artists these guys know the bible like u wouldnt beleive man gosh

  • Do you know how many fornicators and blunt smokers and drunkard teenagers that I know of who [know the Bible]? They can quote every scripture just as Satan can. So some people say well I'm just listening to the beats of this hip hop but what makes you think they are not just listening to the beats of gospel rap and not the message at all. God does not judge on how well you know the bible but how well you keep his word. like I previously said its deeper than what you see.

  • first of all you cant know the bible and be a fornicator thats a contradiction man so whoever told u they know the bible and is a fornicator lied to u i hate when people say there just listening to the beats not the lyrics dont listen to the secular music at all. you really dont get it these christian rappers are living the through the word of god not just rapping it. and listen to the video on youtube preacher paul washer on reformed christian rappers and you will see what im talkin bout

  • Amen!

  • Um you CAN know the bible and be a fornicator. Excuse me? Satan, the father of SIN knows the bible from the first "In" to the last "Amen." How do you think people get lead astray?

I won't comment on anyone's walk because it is an individual thing. But I stand by what I say. I don't believe in gospel rap glorifying God. Put it on and it sounds the SAME as anything else.

  • type in paul washer on reformed rapper on youtube and you will see what i am talking about research these christian artists listen to what they have to say research these artists and you will see what im talking about like i said earlier even trip lee one off the christian arists is currently attending bible college it is not a joke to this people so dont make accusations on gospel rap u dont even know

  • It's not the same if it's glorfying God

  • Talk about it!!!!!! Thank you for posting, you are absolutely right.

  • I did the same thing, I stopped with the secular music hip hop/r&b and I asked for God to renew me and I repented, I know my heart and mind is new and changed, I was saved but I hadnt heard the truth about music..you dont know that these kids hearts are pure or not, you cant possibly assume anything about them, but I know from my experience that I understand them completely and I have been renewed when I switched the lyrics and content, ask for the Holy Spirit to convict you on it

  • Wow! What is Christianity coming to, its true man put holy in front of hiphop not God Thats just another way to conform christianity to be more secular and more hip. but I'm not buying in to that. How do you get crunk for christ? how do you have a holy Ghost party? even though the explicitness is gone the spirit is still there. its just another form of lukewarm christianity. and transforming to the world.

  • This is CRAZY...This video is about some kids coming to true repentance to the glory of God & all you can talk about is somebody putting holy in front of hip hop? Where is your heart at, you missed the whole point of the video. So what, those kids should've stayed in sin & went to hell, b/c thats where their headed for playing & dancing to Christian rap? What's really going on? & Then i went on your channel & you got secular Artist in your favorites...Get your self together b4 you start judging.

  • you r totally wrong christian rap is glorifing god in their lyrics so dont even talk one of the christian artists by the name of trip lee is currently attending bible school and is a bible scholar these christian rap artists use the bible read scripture and then use those scriptures to rap about god and the meaning of those scriptures so dont even talk christian rap is not and i mean not secular music so get it straight

  • This video is about some kids who stop listening to hip hop and started listening to gospel rap. I'm not judging them this is just an opined statement from me. I didn't hear them say they have repented of their life style and now wanna live a life thats glorious in the eyes of the lord. I do believe that it's good that they are no longer deceived by lust and greed and sex thats portrayed in that music. But thats just a step it goes deeper than that

  • Romans 1 we were all made to worship God and it was written in our hearts!.. Hip Hop is a genre of music that should have been used to worship God.. and if you research hip hop when it became popular some of the artists used it for God but the world doesnt accept God..So stop looking at traditions and unorthodox styles and praise your Father that the Youths are worshiping God in a manner that secular refuse to do.. But read Romans 1!!!!! I am blessed from this video so much!!

  • wow im so happy the guy repented of his lukewarmness...GOD IS SO AWESOME

  • I Dont get what the big deal is, I love hip hop and lil' wayne, hes cool.

  • because Lil' Wanye glories things God hates like drugs violence and promiscuity. That is what the Big Deal is .

  • Praise God! This ministry puts in work!! oh by the way, God makes unholy things holy everyday. For example.....me and every other christian lol. Why can't we glorify God with hip hop? Why would God give people the talent to dance, sing, write, draw, rap (It is hard),teach lol the list goes on. I don't think it's cool down what someone else is doing when they are uplifting our Father. Almost everything in this world was meant to glorify God but was poisoned by the devil. Thats what he does lol.

  • You are right God changes unholy to holy, not us. Man decided to add holy to hip hop not God. I stand by my previous statements.

  • you cannot know the hearts of Man as God does.. so do not assume what these people are feeling and thinking.. I listen to the music and I know im my heart that I love God and that my relationship with him is how HE would want it... I am still growing but when I listen to these songs that so called "sound like secular beats" I do not remember the secular songs at all .. II just hear the truth of Gods word in the lyrics listen to the 1-1-6 Clique... Unashamed believers of Christ!!.

  • Praise God! This is great. I remember that day I renounced secular music and threw all of my cd's away. The stuff is poison. I am at the point now that I don't even listen to most "gospel" music as it is turning more secular by the day.

  • false judgement. See Matthew 12...the pharisees judge according to outward appearance (yes modest is necessary) and neglect to look at the heart of a matter,...are God's hands tied now to particular genres of music even when people's hearts are fully surrendered to Him and they use it to truly glorify Him and exalt the Gospel of Jesus Christ,...I don't think so!

  • PRAISE THE LORD, I am glad that Brian repented. I am also glad that so many ppl who profess christianity are seeing that secular music is posion. I do have a problem with the holy hip hop, how can you take something unholy and make it holy.

.. continue to be bold in Jesus name

  • That sound like a Craige Lewis statement. I see no problem with "holy hip hop" or "Christian rap". The point is what is the message being sent. Music can be used for good or bad. The internet was used to show this video. Would you consider the internet pretty bad? Depends on how it's used. That goes for television also.

  • You cannot take something that is unholy holy. Rapping is a form of music and hip hop is a culture. Hip hop glorifies money, jewlery, violence etc., why try to convince ppl that there can be a holy version?

  • I have a problem with Christian rappers using secular beats. At the end out the day if somenes ministry is Christ centered than i dont have a problem with it. Not everyone can be a praise singer/dancer. I dont see christian rap as a alternative to secular , because if it didnt exist I still wouldnt listen to secular music. I think that God places people in diffrent postions to change things so in the end he will still get the glory.

  • what is a secular beat exactly??

  • a beat that has been used in a secular song and then a Christian rapper take it and put his own lyrics to it. such as the Solja boy remix to Christian boy.

  • Very good question

  • I TOTALLY agree!!! The church is the head, not the tail. Taking something worldly and saying you can make it of Christ? No.

ALL THE SAME...I was blessed by watching the interviews. While I don't agree with gospel rap, I am so glad that Brian changed his ways. I really felt for him and knew he was getting convicted because of it.

  • I must have missed something where did we learn that Christians who rap are bad.. MUSIC was created BY GOD... I dont listen to secular rap rock piano punk nothing.. IF my LORD isn't being glorified I wont bother simple. but where did christian rap become evil.. if so lets erase the book of psalms from the bible and never listen to poetry again. (HIP HOP is a totally different entity).. rap and hip hop aren't equals.. like saying skateboarding is white or punk! can't generalize it..

  • To judge hip-hop as a musical genre is wrong, out of the overflow of the mouth the heart speaks, hip-hop is a culture, yet the music is simply words over instrumentals. God wants people to worship Him in spirit and truth that was the only requirement, although some abuse it, there are many Christ centered "holy" hip-hop artist and if one of them has the Spirit of God in them and is using Hip-Hop as an envelop for the Gospel your whole judgement falls apart and you will be guilty of

  • Music is not so simple. The lyrics that are sang could be something that you don't believe, but you end up singing it because you like the song.Or some ppl say tehy only lik the beat; you still hear the lyrics that do not uplift God. Think about when secular instrumentals are taken and have jesus or a few bible verses in them; you can't tell me that you don't think about the original lyrics(that is if you heard it) or the things you may have done listening to that unholy music .

  • PRAISE GOD IS ALL I CAN SAY!

  • Ahhh... the fruit of your labor. I know it has to be refreshing to your soul to know your efforts was not in vein. I'm so proud of you guys. I thank God for your faithfulness and love toward the things that's close to His heart...the lost. Also, thanks for being an Godly example for the body of Christ. Keep up the fight!!

    God Bless,

    Aaron

  • that was deep!!!
