But there are things that I really don't like about OneNote: - It is a pain to switch the spell checking language. - search could be improved. - and Evernote is better at syncing across multiple PCs or other devices like smartphones, tablets. At least that is what I have read on blogs.
@thisishowIcallme Every tech blog is riding the Evernote koolaid. Yes it has it's positives, but it has it's share of negatives. They also seem to update their software to the point where the updates become an annoyance (at least to me).
The one thing of Evernote is that I can sync stuff to a bunch of gadgets, if the sync works. My standing on Evernote is that it failed me before, and I lost a lot of data. So that means = me not happy = me angry = me very angry. hahaha ;)
@thisishowIcallme It happened doing the transitions of S10-3T to X201T, and from X201T to HP Pavilion DV6T QE. Both times I lost data. This must have been a while ago, maybe they have improved things around.
@fannse Well I tried to just cover some of the basics... nothing to in depth. There are plenty of videos with more information about the great MS OneNote program.
@JesseBAndersen yeah for me it was rather interesting to see the combination of both onenote and the xe700. I'm a student and I think that I finally found the absolutely perfect machine for me without making any compromise!
@fannse It works well, there is a certain "gummy" like feel when using the screen. I personally like it. I went into more detail on this on another video. /watch?v=tgme1XRKpgI
FYI those touch gestures can be modified - /watch?v=jYGitvf5EqU
Thanks for the explanation of oneNote. I did not know what oneNote was and your video helped.

@illinois1984 You could search on Google for many programs and games. If it works on a PC it works on this tablet.

@JesseBAndersen When did this happen to you in Evernote? Was it a recent version?
I guess this makes me appreciate/like OneNote a little more. :)
