AIDS was the consequence of sin. Once it was determined how it spread, people played the odds and lost. It had nothing to do with God, it was about choice.
Once something is legalized it is legitimized. Would less people be smoking if cigarettes weren't available everywhere? Would there be less drunk drivers if liquor was outlawed?
The only way more means less is when a state legitimizes the concealed carry law, then crime goes down.
