What company makes all these robots and forgets to waterproof them? I doubt very much that the videos you made showcase the only incidents of malfunction. There'd be an enormous amount of guys who'd find out that their saliva, sweat or soda fires their robomistress or robogirlfriend. The company (or companies) woul get lawsuits up the ass.Of course it makes sense in a sad way. From the day someone invents a realistic human robot, the market would be flooded with cheaply made robotrash.

these robots seem to have a serious stability issues, charging sockets not protected screws coming loose, poor things, good thing i never bought one i'd probably have to spend more time worrying about maintenance and care, then spending time with it...

I've got another one underway, but it's STILL probably a while off. I'm using some 3D stuff, so it's a bit more time-consuming. As for the voices, I'm using AT&T's online voice synthesiser and editing a bit.
