Most people cant adopt dogs from shelters cause of all there rules, cant have kids under this age, and whatever else they got and turn alot of people away for silly/stupid to good reasons depending on person. Thats why people shell out more money for a pet store puppy, because all they have to do is heres the money now give me my puppy, plus they can do instalment plans by 50 bucks a month as an example! Or they go other abouts getting a dog outside shelter setting. Which is more of the problem!

@savedogz from what I've read, shelter have noted that little problem you pointed out. If a person can't adopt from a shelter, they go somewhere else to get a pet. If that person buys from a pet store, it does no one any favors, especially shelter animals. I believe they're starting to offer counseling and are loosening up restrictions.

if u kill,hurt, neglect,and do dogfighting u should be arrested because they to have fellings just like humans they can live forever its upto humans to stop using animals for money and neglect so plz dont hurt them they have feeling too
