I believe I speak for all of Scotland when I say this; every World Cup we are sick of seeing adverts that promote England and are fed up with the '1966' comments from all angles. We are part of the UK, I understand that, but we are two different countries. Above Downing Street an England flag will be flown, this is the office of the Prime Minister of the UK, not England. A Scottish, Welsh or Ulster flag wouldn't be flown. Attitudes need to change south of Scotland before they change here
