this was taken upstairs at the john st. gogarty's pub in the temple bar district of dublin. i was there in 2005 and again in march this year. they start their sessions downstairs at 2:30 pm and at 8:00 pm the music moves upstairs. there is a group of about 30 different musicians so you never know who or how many you will see on any given night, but they all play fantastic tradtional irish music.
