Indeed, Jim Sachs created the CDTV internal graphics and user interfaces. I'll be sure to mention that in the follow up video we do on the CDTV.
If I remember correctly, he was also the lead artist for the game Defender of the Crown.

One thing you should have mentioned was the fact that the intro screen was designed by the great Amiga artist Jim Sachs.
