Wrex Urdnot is a bamf beyond the sense of the word, he was able to create his own clan from scratch basically. Krogan are going to be the ones to save Earth in ME3, same goes for the geth and quarians

Halo Arbiter vs Grunt or Wrex / Spartan 117 vs Shepard / Buck vs Garus / A pack of grunts in halo vs Jack when shes on her peroid. -- All of these are overkill for the Mass Effect crew!!

@gurezurei Maybe it was at the time, but if the Krogan unify under Urdnot, and expand in order throughout the galaxy, then I see no reason to "almost sterilyze them" again, as Mordin said.

The genophage was not killing them. It was the collective Krogan idea that they would never be great again.

Biologically, Krogan are formidable. Only such a race could NATURALLY overcome a genetic disease in 300 years...
