i'm going to japan, next month. i've already add a plan going to Cay restaurant to taste "thai food which is better than thai food in thailand." i've tried thai restaurants in japan and i felt they had the same taste as thai restaurant in other parts of the world. but thai food in thailand is different.
Yes, I love Iron Chef Chen too. He's just so good natured, funny, humble, down-to-earth - and yes, just a great sport. I think Kailder also nailed it by saying he's sweet.. never thought the Iron Chefs that way - but true. The other endearing Iron Chef, IMO is Morimoto.
Chen always gives 120% every battle, and no matter what he is always a good sport no matter what the situation. And honestly some of the things he does in difficult situations are really special.
suddenly i feel happy and proud that the theme ingredient were exported from our country.
