Its a very thin line between Love and Hate...
Both of them are very passionate feelings and in fact Harry doesnt hate Draco, he just doesnt like him... and Draco well..
In the final chapters of vol 7 they even kinda reconcil cause Harry saved Dracos life 3 times...
He wouldnt have saved the life of so he hated more then anything else in the world!
