Hmmm, I use software called craving explorer but it's all in Japanse... and explaining interface of the software in words kinda impossible. But you still might want to give a try. Here's a hint.

"craving explorer download"

If you find the right page, you'll see download page icon. Go there and download software by clicking left(exe) image button.

After you've installed the software(Just agree on everything.)

Run the program, and click on "option".

Find where you can input niconico ID and password. Close the option & now goto the page you want.

Everything in the page will look the same except there will be 動画を保存(save video) and 音声を保存(save song).

Press 動画を保存 and after that choose what format you want your video to be.

変換無しで保存 means save it as it is.
