I throw it out if not enough to bother with or store in a tupperware container. Doesn't need refrigeration.

watch the football chocolate covered strawberries video. On a short explanation, put in microwave for 30 seconds at a time and stir in between. Any longer that 1.5 minutes will burn. But every microwave is different so it is hard to say.
