@insectsfairandmoreSA well what species of cichlids are you keeping? the fish in this video such as the oscar, firemouth, and blood parrot, are central and south american cichlids, and they are either carnivorous or omnivorous, and in the wild they have a lot of protein in their diet...(the blood worms are loaded with protein). If you are keeping african cichlid species (esspecially Mbunas) then bloodworms are a bad choice for them, 90% of their diet needs to be algae and plant matter.
thanks dude yeah Oscar is like 2 inches larger than the firemouth now and nearing very close to 6 inches but they still are getting along great. forget what I said in the description, instead of 55 gallon tanks, i have a 75 gallon tank on the way it's gonna be sweet
im surprised that the Oscars dont mess with those tiger barbs
