  • You look beautiful ... (you always look great). Smooth move tea also helps with the bathroom and yes, drinking lots of water. Stay positive girl, everything has a purpose. You can eat tuna??? (Dr. Simieons book Pounds and Inches said only white fish and to stay away from tuna because of the natural fats in it.) Your also on injections, and I'm on drops ... so maybe it's different. I sure to miss tuna! Ohh crab leggs,I'm making a run to get some for dinner!! I knew you could sing ;)
