I reckon this upcoming budget will break Rudd because he is stuck between a rock and a hard place.
If he spends too much people will hate him and the Liberals will say he has no economic credentials.
If he spends too little/cuts things people affected will hate him and Tony Abbot and his populism will dominate.
All I can say is "Go budget time"
