Does anyone have an adress to write to Bruce Buchanan please? I need to try to reclaim the thousand pounds they have borrowed from me for over a month
Bullshit, Fly Qantas or Virgin you get better service and better look after. Worst flight i ever had was with Jetstar! Jetstar were better when Joyce was incharge.
This is just a trick from Bruce Buchanan and JetStar. I lost USD 3.500 because of 8 hour "scheduled change" from JetStar. I had to buy new tickets for all my forwarding flights. JetStar informed me about this BIG delay just hours before the fligt.
But the worst thing is that travel insurance DO NOT cover "scheduled change" delays, only technical and weather problems.
I have written an email to JetStar CEO (Bruce) today, and will post the development in the case here.
The quality of this video is equal to the quality of their service.

Good to see an Aussie airline putting their money where their mouth is. At least Jetstar is heaps better than Virgin Blue, AND heaps cheaper.
