Yes and no. The sheet music is for piano and a solo instrument. Trumpet would be a good solo instrument to play the solo part with, but the sheet itself is for a C instrument, so you would have to transcribe. (My reasoning is that there are more C instruments than B-flat, and it's easier to transcribe up than down.)
