This whole display was made out of Bread for the 5th Australian Artisan Bread and Pastry Cup, held in Melbourne, Three team Victoria members, Captain and Artisan Breadmaker Mr Paul Hughes, Vennoiserie Artisan Pastries Miss Aurelie Germanier, Artisan Artistic Bread Showpiece Mr Shayne Greenman. Overall second place for Victoria. Sectional, Miss Aurelie Germanier Gold medallist Croissant, Mr Shayne Greenman Gold medallist Artistic Bread Showpiece.
