@greenplanets now why would someone sharpen their tip anyway? ha ha. You would have to be a really really big ahole to do that. i've seen someone at pipeline get one to the face though, he almost lost an eye....pretty scary sight. at first, when you see the crash your like, 'Woahhh ha ha ha..." Then your like, " OH DANG!!! He's hurt!"

@inayclone no..., you can buy a board with a (too) pointy tip, i meant... why manufacture them so pointy?, would it make a difference if its not so pointy? if not... then they should stop making them like that.., is it like.... having a pointy tip on a skateboard (no need?).

It was aired last year in Australia. The lifeguards went to Bali to get experience at another beach. They left half their equipment there to help the local guys out.

@braydenwis yeah they did make a series where all the bondi lifeguards went to bali and improved the skills of the bali lifeguards but i dont know what its exact title was.

i have been to bondi once. i live in QLD and at surf skills we went to Alex beach and i hit my leg on the rocks there after being dumped by a HUGE wave (biggest of the day) of the surf board and now i have a dent in my shin bone and a chip out of it (i got a x-ray) and i also hit my head same rocks same day but not as bad as my shin (i was twelve then im 13 now and a girl) i went to bondi on a holiday
