I met the lord in Yorkminster in 2002. I obtained one of his works, a charcoal sketch. Despite my best efforts, the delicate nature of the paper, and the raw charcoal, the work isn't in prime condition, but I still have it.
I do have a brief video of him displaying some his works. I will find the tape and post it. He was a gracious gentleman. I am glad to have made his acquaintance.
I met him on a bus in York a few years ago...he gave me a few pieces of new work free of charge!! The paint was still slightly wet. I've got them somewhere in my old college folder. Saw him a few weeks later chasin' after a bus, pretty sprightlyly too!
I met this gentleman some 14 years ago at "The Retreat" hospital in York when I had to visit as part of the NHS Pension Scheme. I found him delightful, I had my meeting and when I came out of the room he was waiting and gave me a charcoal drawing. I have sadly lost this. Could you please help me in finding out where I could buy some of his work from. This woud be great.
He's a nice old boy, often seen with his zimmer walker in Haxby where he is living in Blair Athol care home. He still hands out his abstract items of art on A4 paper to all and sundry when met on the streets. Try "Googling" his name, it is fascinating.
I see a portrait of his father, the 1st Lord Bicester, painted by Sir Alfred Munnings, sold for £1,300,000 at Sotheby's yesterday (June the 6th 2007). It's a shame Angus won't be seeing any of that money.
I would love to go to a dinner party with Lord Bicester and the Marquis of Bath.

Please send my regards to his Lordship from Japan. Whilst my stay in England, he had been ever so kind and helpful. Raffaele
