His words dont match the movement of his lips all throughout the video so I have come to the conclusion that this is fake/movie clip. This must be from a movie. In movies they will often film the man talking and then do a voiceover. I live recording would not have his words matching lip movement sometimes and then not others. It either lags whole time or doesnt.
