looks like by your scope that it is phasing to the left. and is positive shift only. I know that the russians used a burst transmission for their Subs on the VLF frequencies, I am wondering if it has moved to HF. On another Note Can I ask what type of antenna you are using. I have a 100 foot LW and I am not hearing it from Saint John NB Canada. (kencossaboon@gmail.com)
I cannot get Perseus SDR to connect to the internet to listen to other SDRs. Everytime I click Net it shows the little black box to the right "Network messages" but it is blank and nothing loads up it just stops there. Any suggestions?
@TROJAN719 That may well be, but try searching for it on the web as anything other than "UVB" ;-) I would argue that maybe it needs to be MDZhB, but who am I to say ... ;-)
Any ideas as to what this could be, or what the purpose is?

It's UZB-76, not UVB-76 neither UZhB-76 ;)
