You have to be level 90+ and to the Time Temple quests to move to the next area.

You can't advance as a Knight of Cygnus with a normal character. You will need to create another character with the new character creation screen. Only that character will be elegible to become a Knight of Cygnus. It will be a completely different kind of character, so you can't advance like with a normal job with a level 40 beginner.

I can't, but I just followed a tutorial to register. Everything else is the same as GMS, so it's not difficult to figure out what's written there.

You have to fly to go there, so you transform to a flying dragon.
