iphone speed test - edge vs 3g

yeah whenever i use edge its not that slow and i dont live in the middle of nowhere either and my phone is an iphone sooo.

i have edge on a cell company in the middle of nowhere in iowa its not at&t but i get 250k speeds on EDGE that has to be on GPRS and even on GRPS i c faster speeds than that

hmm maybe because your using a cell company in the middle of nowhere that no one uses. The speeds are based on how much people are using the network, the more data going through, the slower the speed. Of course ATT is gonna be slower it gets hammered from the iphone because the iphone relies heavily on data, more than normal
