@TheWishcro look, tarja has a very beautiful voice, u know. but the voice of anette is beautiful too. listen the poet and the pendulum. her voice is great! and tuomas said, he wouldn't a singer like tarja, he want a new one. and anette is a good substitute. I like anette. and you can't change it. you can be a nightwish fan WITH anette or you can't be a nightwish fan. you must to respect the opinion of tuomas holopainen. he is the founder of the band and he had work with the band.

Anette has the voice for new nightwish not for the old I must admit.

But new nightwish is in my opinion different and i like better now because of a greater variety in the singing of Anette and musically better in the other instruments.

If you hate Anette you are not a fan, a fan love all members of a group.Tarja has been fired for some reason and will not come back again.

@ladinhowishman Of course it's not the same. Once and Oceanborn is also not the same (pff, Once is more simillar to DPP than to Oceanborn!). Every band is changing and there's nothing wrong in it. NW lost something, but also gained something new. I don't really like Dark Passion Play, but I see that Anette's got huge potential and if they'll make good use of it, they could create something really good. I've got high hopes about it ;).

Tarja has Great Voice, but voice is an instrument and you can replace an instrument. (check Ar0undTheSun's Channel - she did a good covers in my oppinion). Music is what Nightwish was , is, and will be. You can't replace the musc it has its signature, its soul. All of them are great musicians but Nightwish is a band, a team and team has all their skills combined together. So as long as Tuomas will creating Music and other teamup to make it complete - they will be Nightwish.
