Thank you for sharing your recipe. I have only had the fresh shrimp rolls, never tried pork but I don't think I would like it. The shrimp keeps it light.
i love this dish, Next time try putting cucumber, boiled or grilled pork with the lettuce and shrimp, it gives the dish a fresh summery taste...a great sauce to go with this is a peanut hoisin sauce. Just toast some peanuts, crush them up and put it on top of the hoisin sauce. Enjoy your spring rolls!! =D
