@jamessuperfun Skyrim is about taking time exploring the dungeons and has more quests, Fable is purely story based (at least for me) so you can't really compare those two. It would be like comparing Iron Maiden to Metallica.

Btw I'm a Skyrim maniac, have almost 800 hours of gameplay.

Fables music is really a "type" of it's own, but i guess you could say it's New-age Gothic.

@19lemons93 I didn't get to search for all the extra things in this game because of school, and when I actually got around to winter break my copy of the game had been stolen.... :/  But regardless, I had a ton of fun memories in this game! Cannot wait for Fable IV! :D

@MrTestMusic A rule in our house it that we can't play xbox on school days--only on holidays and weekends--so as you can imagine I played several hours at a time every saturday and sunday ;)

We got our copy of this game off of ebay for really cheap. I bet you could do the same: someone's always selling somewhere :)

And I hope Fable IV takes place before the days of industry and guns and whatever. LIke the Old Kingdom or something :D What about you?

@MrTestMusic Yeah, and a silent Hero as well. For some reason it makes the character better when they don't talk much.

Fable 1 didn't have the best graphics, but with the current technology that pollution-free setting would be just beautiful in a game. I'm contemplating on whether they should have a dog as the 'helper' in the fourth.

Perhaps they should throw in a dragon, too, eh? ;)

@19lemons93 I swear, your my long lost brother. X) Dragons would be pretty cool, in fact any creatures would be cool. I adore hobbes, so anything Lionhead decided to add I'm sure would probably end well. Leastways, as long as they were looking to Fable 1/2 as their inspiration. ;)

@MrTestMusic No? I liked the desert (it was cool to explore...and...repetitive) and Silverpines (because of the balverines ;)) The demon doors had interesting worlds as well--even if their rewards were disappointing 99% of the time :\

I'm also glad that between character worlds the contents of chests change, so it's possible to get every weapon type without going on Live--haven't succeeded yet, though.

@19lemons93 I forgot about the desert (Refer to getting stolen a year ago XP) but now I remember that I thought it was kinda cool. Sorta. idk, I prefer green and alive to desert, even if it's marshy. And yes, that was one thing I hated... the hero dolls... :P Always bothers me that I can't get that achievement.

@MrTestMusic Oh, those stupid dolls! I only ever found two in Fable I, and one (Hammer) in Fable II. I have seen all the Fable II dolls in one place, however. I won't say where because maybe you haven't yet, and if you're a collector (and reacquire the third game), you'll want to see for yourself...if you're curious.

But yeah, green is good. :D

@19lemons93 They should let you choose a pet between 3-5 choices, each one having a speciallization. Dogs for exploration, maybe a bird for alerting/social stuff (YARGH PIRATE :D), a wolf for combat, maybe an evil thing like a Hobbe henchman :D

@soap770, um, personally I disagree man. I enjoyed Fable II, I've beaten it twice, it's really fun, but it's story and gameplay were honestly very very lacking to me, especially the story. Bioware's writing has so far never let me down. I've always enjoyed their stories, and the Dragon Age series is one of my absolute favorites. In my opinion, none of the Fable games hold a candle to that. As for the Elder Scrolls games, I've played them, but never got into them as much as I did Fallout 3 lol.

@reaperdude72 Fable: The Lost Chapters to me had the best story. I've yet to find a game that has matched it. I never played Dragon Age so I don't know it well enough to judge. As for oblivion and fallout the side quests were too distracting from the main plot.
